1. The service
Social9 is operated by VisionaryCue Informatics Pvt. Ltd. and provides content planning, drafting, scheduling, publishing, and available analytics tools for Instagram, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Pinterest. Features and limits depend on your plan, provider configuration, permissions, and platform approval. By creating an account or using Social9, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and report suspected unauthorized access. You must have permission to manage connected business accounts. Do not use Social9 for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or deceptive activity; distribute malware; evade platform rules; or interfere with other accounts. Do not send spam, impersonate others, publish content without the required rights or consent, manipulate engagement, or bypass access controls. Agency users must have client authorization and manage member roles and approvals responsibly.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of your content and grant Social9 the limited permission needed to store, process, schedule, and transmit it according to your instructions. You must have the rights needed to use uploaded content and media. Review AI-generated captions, hashtags, and content suggestions for accuracy, rights, and suitability before publishing. AI assistance creates suggestions in response to your request; you choose whether to use, schedule, or publish them. You are responsible for the content, destination accounts, media rights, audience declarations, visibility, and scheduled times you select. Workspace members are responsible for actions permitted by their assigned roles.
4. Connected platforms and results
Connections, publishing, and analytics depend on provider approval, permissions, account eligibility, and availability. Third-party platform terms also apply. Preparing content does not guarantee publication; check delivery status and errors. Analytics may be incomplete or unavailable. AI suggestions and growth projections do not guarantee business results. Scheduling authorizes Social9 to attempt delivery at your chosen time, including while you are signed out. Review and cancel scheduled posts you no longer want before delivery begins. Provider outages, expired authorization, rate limits, media restrictions, account eligibility, or unavailable API access may delay or prevent delivery. Preview and sandbox results do not establish that a post was publicly published. X currently supports text publishing; Pinterest publishes image Pins; YouTube requires video and audience settings. The current interface shows the options available for each platform.
When using the YouTube integration, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google information handling is explained in the Google Privacy Policy. Other connected platforms apply their own terms and policies. Social9 is an independent service; connecting a platform does not imply its endorsement.
5. Premium purchases and expiry
Premium is a one-time purchase paid in full upfront through Razorpay: Starter at ₹810 / ₹6,570 / ₹9,855, Advanced at ₹1,620 / ₹13,140 / ₹19,710, or Agency at ₹2,430 / ₹19,710 / ₹29,565 for 30 / 365 / 1,095 days respectively. Daily and monthly equivalent prices are comparisons, not installment charges. Check the total, selected tier, discounts, applicable charges, and access period shown at checkout before paying. Pricing changes apply to future purchases; the confirmed order identifies the purchase you made.
Access starts after captured payment is confirmed. Your expiry date appears in Plans & billing. Plans do not renew automatically, and Social9 does not create a recurring payment mandate. Paid features stop at expiry unless you make a new purchase. The free 30-day content plan is a planning resource and does not automatically become a paid purchase. It does not mean that every Premium feature is free for 30 days. Starter, Advanced, and Agency have different brand, competitor-profile, reporting, and team-feature limits; consult the current plan comparison before buying.
6. Refunds and stopping use
Refund requests are reviewed individually, with no blanket refund guarantee. See our refund and cancellation policy. You may stop using Social9 at any time. Stopping use, disconnecting a platform, or deleting an account does not itself issue a refund. There is no automatic renewal to cancel. Nothing in these terms limits refunds or remedies required by applicable law.
7. Availability, suspension, and closure
We may maintain or change the service and restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, or legal requirements. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or third-party services. Keep copies of content you need. Follow our data deletion instructions to request account closure. Deleting a Social9 record does not remove content already published on a social platform.
8. Responsibility and applicable law
Review content before publication and use the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service or a particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Disputes are subject to applicable law and the courts or authorities with competent jurisdiction.
9. Changes and contact
