1. The service
Social9 provides tools for drafting, organizing, scheduling, publishing, and reviewing social-media content. Features may change during development, and live publishing or analytics may depend on third-party approval and availability.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Social9 the limited permission required to store, process, schedule, and transmit that content according to your instructions. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use the content and media you upload.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Social9 for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity; to distribute malware; to evade platform rules; or to interfere with the service or another user’s account.
5. Third-party platforms
Instagram, LinkedIn, and other connected services are operated independently. Your use of them is governed by their own policies. Social9 cannot guarantee their availability, approval decisions, API behavior, or continued support for any feature.
6. Availability and changes
During development, the service may be unavailable, incomplete, or reset. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features to improve security, reliability, compliance, or product quality.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The production version of these terms will define applicable warranties, liability limits, payment terms, governing law, and dispute procedures after the operating entity and launch jurisdiction are finalized.
8. Termination
Users may stop using Social9 and request account closure through the production support process. Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to address security, legal, or policy concerns.
9. Final production terms
Before public launch, these terms will be reviewed and updated with the legal operator name, verified contact information, jurisdiction, and any subscription or billing conditions.
