Disconnect Instagram
Sign in to Social9, open Accounts, select your Instagram connection, and choose Disconnect. This removes the stored Instagram profile connection and encrypted access token from Social9.
Remove Social9 through Instagram
You can also remove Social9 from the connected apps area of your Instagram account. Meta will notify Social9 automatically, and the related Instagram connection data will be deleted.
Request full account deletion
Email visionarycue.informatics@gmail.com from your registered Social9 email address. Include the subject “Social9 data deletion request.” We will verify the request and remove the account data unless retention is legally required.
