1. Information we collect
Social9 may collect the account information you provide, including your name, email address, authentication information, workspace preferences, drafted content, scheduling details, and uploaded-media metadata.
When you connect a supported platform, we may receive identifiers, profile information, authorization tokens, publishing results, and analytics permitted by the access you approve.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, maintain workspaces, save and schedule content, connect approved social accounts, publish content at a user’s direction, display analytics, provide support, protect the service, and improve reliability.
3. Connected platforms
Instagram and LinkedIn connections are authorized through their respective OAuth processes. Social9 does not request your social-platform password. Provider access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and are not returned to the website interface.
Your use of connected platforms remains subject to each provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure, database, storage, email, monitoring, or support providers required to operate Social9. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect users and the service.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably required to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain security. Disconnecting Instagram removes its stored profile connection and encrypted authorization token. Meta-originated deletion requests are processed through our automated callback.

6. Security
We use access controls, password hashing, encrypted provider-token storage, authenticated API requests, and controlled environment secrets. No service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce unauthorized access and disclosure.
7. Your choices
You may review or update account information, disconnect supported platforms, delete drafts, control scheduled content, and request deletion. To request access, correction, export, or full deletion, contact us from your registered Social9 email address.
8. Children
Social9 is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Social9 is operated by VisionaryCue Informatics Pvt. Ltd. We may update this policy as the service and legal requirements evolve. Privacy and data requests can be sent to visionarycue.informatics@gmail.com.
